Sales Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Implementation Team at Rose International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing new account set-ups and ongoing post-implementation account updates across multiple software platforms and databases for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Account Setup and Maintenance: Timely execution of new account set-ups and ongoing post-implementation account updates, ensuring data accuracy and documentation needs are met.
- Customer Service: Proactive monitoring of the Customer Service queue system, taking new tickets and delivering consistent follow-up on existing/pending tickets for timely ticket completion in line with key performance indicator (KPI) expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify, document, escalate, and resolve problems as they arise, working closely with the Implementation Specialist Lead to review and revise implementation processes and internal guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work with counterparts in Sales, Customer Support, IT, Finance, and Toxicology Support teams to maintain accurate client data in the system.
- Productivity and Quality: Meet and maintain productivity, quality, and attendance performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school graduate with two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four-year degree from accredited college or university preferred but not required.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook essential. Salesforce CFM knowledge preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional time management and analytical skills, and a positive and helpful attitude.
