Facility Maintenance Coordinator

Job Overview:
This position is situated within a dynamic environment focused on maintaining operational excellence across multiple facilities.

Work Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or as required by operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will report directly to the Facility Reliability Manager and will be accountable for the upkeep of three distinct buildings. Responsibilities include:
- Setting up new spaces and replacing light fixtures as necessary.
- Conducting routine preventative maintenance and addressing building issues on a daily basis.
- Ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, prioritizing the safety and comfort of both employees and visitors.
- Adhering to safety protocols throughout the premises, including the evaluation of security systems and collaborating with Operations Management to formulate emergency response plans.
- Guaranteeing compliance with all relevant regulations and codes pertaining to building safety and maintenance.
- Overseeing all building personnel and service providers, including custodial, landscaping, and security teams.
- Planning and coordinating all maintenance projects and building operations.
- Developing and enforcing policies and procedures related to facility management and usage.
- Organizing event setups and logistical arrangements as required.
- Keeping precise records of all inventory, equipment, and assets through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of experience in Facility Maintenance, with at least one year in a leadership capacity such as Facility Maintenance Supervisor, HVAC contractor, or Building Mechanic.
- Additional experience in HVAC maintenance is essential.
- Previous engagement with external vendors, contractors, or service providers is highly advantageous.
- At least one year of experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
