Desktop Support/Help Desk Professional

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support/Help Desk Professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will provide hardware and software support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support for software maintenance and service requests that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 Service Desk.
  • Install, move, add, and change (IMACs) hardware for workplace desktops, laptops, and thin clients.
  • Perform hardware and software modifications, including testing and de-installation/re-installation as necessary.
  • Physically move hardware as agreed upon for de-installation, installation, move, or cascade within the same location.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support or help desk experience.
  • Experience supporting clients in person/onsite.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Open to learning and professional growth.
