About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team at Loews Hotels. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our team members and ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to team members via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system availability and security
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
