Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support for software maintenance and service requests that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 Service Desk.
  • Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) hardware and software for desktop, laptop, and thin client devices.
  • De-install and re-install hardware, software, and other related services as necessary to execute IMACs, including wiping hard drives using provided software and tools.
  • Physically move hardware related to de-installation, installation, move, or cascade within the same location.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support or help desk experience.
  • Experience supporting clients in person/onsite.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Open to learning and professional growth.
