Job Title: Instructional Designer/Trainer

At Kaseware, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Instructional Designer/Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing training plans, training materials, and classes to ensure our internal users and integrators are proficient in using our Kaseware product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a new certification program to train and certify new Kaseware integrators and internal employees.
  • Develop and maintain instructional design standards, methodologies, and best practices for Kaseware training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop additional software training opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced instructional design strategies and technologies to create innovative learning experiences.
  • Own and maintain the Kaseware Learning Management System.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, such as Adult Education, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an instructional designer, technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Training experience in public safety, law enforcement, CAD, and/or RMS.
