Instructional Designer

This is a key role within the Learning and Development team at Red Robin, responsible for designing and developing training programs that drive measurable performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze training needs and design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop customized training solutions
- Develop and implement style guides and design document standards to ensure consistency across projects
- Research and implement e-learning tools and best practices to maximize training effectiveness
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and project management technology to provide visibility to project progress
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Behavioral Sciences, Instructional Design, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- 3-5 years' experience in developing instructional materials and blended and e-learning solutions in a corporate environment
- Strong background in blended and distance learning
- Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Canva, Vimeo, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, bilingual (Spanish) preferred
