Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wkm Group. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members and providers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. You will be working closely with our team to identify and schedule resources needed to address customer needs, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills, and resolving member complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and schedule necessary resources to properly address customer needs
- Demonstrate appropriate customer-care skills such as empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness, and other skills as identified
- Log, track, and document all issues utilizing online systems and procedures, and in accordance with all applicable guidelines and requirements
- Make decisions that are consistent with the concept of a win-win-win for members and associates

Requirements:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, including great attendance, eagerness to learn, and punctuality
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently
- Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor required
