Job Description
AHRC New York City is one of the largest providers of services for children and adults with developmental disabilities in New York City. Our mission is to advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead full and equitable lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in day-to-day supported employment program operations in New York City
  2. Ensure high-quality customer service to contract partners and neuro-diverse employees
  3. Serve as liaison between contract customers and AHRC NYC to resolve issues and implement action steps
  4. Represent AHRC NYC at worksites and promote agency values

Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Two years of customer service and project coordination experience
  • HR and/or training experience is a plus
  • Compassion, curiosity, creativity, and optimism required
