About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at US Foods. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing deliveries, and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Manage Deliveries
    • Work closely with the transportation department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
    • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the order process, such as delivery mis-picks or stock-outs.
  • Drive Business Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue in your assigned territory.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the credit department and merchandising team, to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
    • Foodservice industry or culinary experience a plus.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Results-driven mentality and ability to meet sales targets.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management tools.
Working Environment

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will spend most of your time outside of the office, visiting customers and prospects in various weather conditions. You will be required to drive a company vehicle and may be required to lift up to 75 pounds.
