Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Commercialization Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive commercialization plan that aligns with Novonix Limited's goals and objectives.
  • Lead Business Development and Partnerships: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring alignment and synergy between business development, marketing, and sales functions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and market research activities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are integrated into product development and commercial strategies.
  • Represent Novonix Limited: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and over 10 years of experience in commercialization, business development, marketing, and/or sales within a scientific, technical, and/or materials industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in a technical B2B environment.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to manage complex information and analyze market data and insights.
  • Action-Oriented Mindset: Strategic planning and action-oriented mindset.
  • Communication and Storytelling: Skilled communicator and storyteller.
  • Relationship Building: Able to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Culture and Ambiguity: Passionate about creating a great culture, comfortable with ambiguity and changing environments.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion: Persuasive and good at negotiating.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365.
