About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled President & CEO to lead our client, Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE). The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading non-profit organizations and will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational success of CNE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising and Growing Revenue
    • Develop and maintain relationships with public sector entities to identify grant opportunities and public/private partnerships.
    • Secure grants and funding opportunities from foundations and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Visionary Leadership
    • Provide leadership as the organization completes its current strategic plan.
    • Develop a bold vision for the organization's future.
  • Lead the Growth of CNE Lending
    • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the CNE Lending team.
    • Grow and expand the organization's CDFI loan portfolio and services.
  • Real Estate Development
    • Provide strategic direction to the CNE team on real estate development projects.
    • Identify and implement innovative financing solutions and public/private partnerships.
  • Lead the Growth of CNE Homes
    • Provide oversight and strategic management of the CNE Homes initiative.
    • Drive the program's growth and financial success.

What We Offer

    • $175,000 - $200,000 annual salary range.
