Position Summary:
This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Compensation will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead growth initiatives by identifying and engaging potential clients, key accounts, and strategic partners within the Insurance Division.
- Utilize consultative business development techniques to promote financial service products.
- Stay informed about current and emerging financial service technologies and solutions.
- Conduct outbound communications and leverage networking platforms to foster partnerships and expand the customer base.
- Manage and nurture strategic relationships with prospects and key accounts to maximize business value.
- Exhibit strong listening skills to address client pain points with solution-oriented approaches.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to support business development efforts.
- Lead responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) with high-quality written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrate products as necessary throughout the business development process.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects, key accounts, and strategic partners, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Engage effectively with C-suite executives and other stakeholders within large organizations.
- Resolve client issues swiftly and effectively, prioritizing client satisfaction.
- Document and track business development activities in Transcard's CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with various teams to address customer inquiries and objectives.
- Generate forecasts and performance metrics to assess business development efforts.
- Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams, representing the voice of the client.
- Receive mentorship and coaching to enhance skills in a dynamic fintech environment.
- Participate in compliance training related to Bank Secrecy and Anti-Money Laundering as required.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or relationship management.
- 5+ years in financial services, fintech, or the payments sector, with a preference for knowledge in insurance payments.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C business development environments.
- Proficient in CRM software, particularly HubSpot.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Demonstrated consultative approach to business development.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to influence across different levels of an organization.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
