Job Description

The Remote Sales Development Manager position is responsible for the proactive management and sustainable growth of our product portfolio in the West coast of United States, as well as promoting sales of our products to customers on the East coast of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers in assigned regions
  • Achieve annual Sales Budget by effectively managing Trade Promotion Expenses
  • Design and execute marketing programs, providing training to distributor sales teams
  • Monitor market trends, collecting relevant data to inform business decisions
  • Plan and execute sales promotion activities to drive business growth
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand sales networks, and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG grocery/food industry (beverage preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
  • Strong achievement orientation and drive for results
  • Ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
  • Valid U.S driving license and access to a vehicle

Working Conditions:

  • Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, occasional evening/weekend work may be required
  • Up to 50% travel, mainly local, sometimes overnight

Estimated Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and performance.
