Sales Opportunity

We offer a highly competitive sales opportunity for an experienced Industrial Sales Development Manager to cover the Southern California region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell NETZSCH pumps, grinders, spare parts, and service into the industrial markets, meeting or exceeding territory sales revenue targets.
  • Manage all project activity in the assigned territory, including product offerings, and establish direct sales strategies aligned with Company policies and objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key industrial customers in the region through regular sales calls, training, and technical support.
  • Provide market trends, sales growth strategies, and competitive intelligence to the Company, participating in marketing activities as required.
Requirements
  • Prior experience selling industrial equipment, preferably positive displacement pumps.
  • Strong business and technical discussions, as well as public speaking skills.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (70-80% of time).
  • Lived in the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, or Orange County region of California.

Compensation

$105,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on performance and qualifications.
