Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Banker in developing sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and attracting new target clients, particularly in Investments.
  • Assist the Banker with prospecting efforts - conduct research on potential clients, generate leads, and cultivate prospects, while networking to identify referrals and organizing client events.
  • Facilitate the process of profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into clients of Citi Private Bank.
  • Manage client/prospect meetings - coordinate pre-call preparations, organize post-meeting documentation, and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions.
  • Support the Banker in enhancing existing client relationships through detailed analysis.
  • Deliver accurate and timely revenue tracking, deal pipeline reports, and other pertinent information to the Banker.
  • Provide daily assistance to the Banker with documentation processes such as account openings and closings, loan disbursements, etc.
  • Ensure comprehensive service support to clients, including addressing complex inquiries.
  • Verify that all documentation related to KYC/AML is complete and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate risks when making business decisions, with a focus on the firm's reputation and the protection of Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policies, exercising sound ethical judgment in behavior and business practices, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Required knowledge of investments; familiarity with banking and credit products is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage both internal and external relationships; adept at multitasking.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
