Senior Relationship Banker

Job Summary:
The Senior Relationship Banker will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net worth clients and commercial deposit, loan, and investment relationships for Ocean Bank and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales objectives and grow existing relationships.
- Monitor account activity, manage accounts in uncollected or overdraft status, and work with department management and credit underwriting teams to move deals from application to closing.
- Comply with all related CIP and BSA/AML requirements and adhere to Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of bank operations, new accounts, relationship management, payment processing, wire transfers, debits/credits, overdraft/uncollected management, past due loan management, and related activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to achieve business development goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with five years of banking-related experience, or Associate's degree with a minimum of seven years of banking-related experience in product sales and service to customers in commercial or international/private banking.
- Advanced understanding and experience with commercial banking or private banking relationships and experience interacting with high-net worth clients.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Software (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Experience working in a sales team with a high-quality service advocacy and an in-depth knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act/AML and related regulations.
Work Environment:
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement from Miami, Florida, United States, allowing for a balance of remote and in-office work.
