Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed real estate sales associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to learn quickly. This position will require administrative tasks as needed and will involve working with a team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including showing homes, describing features, and setting appointments for showings.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote listings. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks as needed, including preparing correspondence, documents, and contracts.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed of market conditions and develop market analysis to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License
  • Experience: 1 year of real estate experience and 1 year of customer service experience
  • Skills: Strong initiative, proficient in MLS Matrix, Microsoft Office Suite, and Top Producer. Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
