Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Universal Banker to join our team at BankUnited Financial Corporation. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receives and processes customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Maintains accurate records of customer transactions and accounts
  • Provides exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assists customers with opening and closing accounts, as well as with other banking services
  • Performs cash handling duties, including counting and balancing cash drawers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of cash handling experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and risk management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
