Bilingual Office Coordinator

SBM is in search of a bilingual (fluent Spanish speaker), detail-oriented Office Coordinator to provide support for various administrative functions. The chosen candidate will be tasked with organizing activities related to meeting and conference room arrangements as per stakeholder requests. This position encompasses managing administrative responsibilities such as addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining employee documentation.
The Office Coordinator must possess fluency in both spoken and written Spanish. The role offers a consistent work schedule from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for professional advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities- Delegate work assignments, develop schedules, and oversee calendars
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Input inventory data into online management systems
- Review, manage, and complete tasks related to scheduling, work orders, and email correspondence
- Coordinate requests for room configurations
- Engage effectively with stakeholders
- Maintain and update records and data
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Support various administrative tasks as required
- Fully bilingual in Spanish
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
Monday through Friday
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
