  • Coordinate public relations strategies tailored to each client, aligned with industry timelines and events, including press meetings, mailers, events, press releases, award submissions, and partnerships.
  • Provide leadership and support to assistants and interns, enhancing processes for product sendouts, mailers, inventory management, and media monitoring.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and media contacts.
  • Oversee client events and manage logistics.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly reports to clients.
  • Create and maintain targeted media lists, ensuring a comprehensive master media database.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in beauty communications.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong ability to perform under pressure and independently.
  • Resourceful and creative with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional writing skills and professional communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and diverse personalities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google applications.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools is advantageous.
