- Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Monitor sales performance, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.
- Minimum 5+ years proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the beauty industry or packaging sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of beauty packaging trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000-$100,000.
