We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon/Retail Store Manager to join our team at Beauty Industry Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon and retail store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of beauty professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer retention, and increase brand awareness.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Partner with the HR and Headquarters teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular store meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or Retail Store Manager in the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated sales and revenue growth experience.
- Knowledge of beauty products and industry trends.
