Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Success Optimization Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring the overall success, efficiency, and adoption of our installed technologies (both hardware and software related to Operating Room/Video installation projects) across designated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
The Client Success Optimization Manager will:
- Deliver strategic roadmaps aimed at brand expansion, acting as a subject matter expert to provide tailored and strategic guidance to customers, thereby enhancing product impact and technological capabilities.
- Lead regional initiatives in project management, ensuring timely and effective post-installation success for Operating Room/Video Tower projects.
- Analyze customer usage trends and metrics to design and implement customized project mapping, documentation, and training aimed at optimizing and expanding the use of the operating room network.
- Develop individualized strategic review plans to promote ongoing growth of the network.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure alignment on service and growth strategies for each customer account.
Performance Excellence:
As a key player in performance support, the Client Success Optimization Manager will:
- Consult with customers to develop tailored strategies that enhance understanding, utilization, and leverage of purchased products, highlighting the value of their installations.
- Design and execute plans for technology utilization and adoption in large hospital settings following video/OR1 installations.
- Establish and monitor key customer metrics to drive utilization and create sustainable growth plans across hospital enterprises.
Technical Expertise:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expertise in the integration and functionality of the entire video and integration product portfolio.
- A solid understanding of operating room protocols and workflows.
- Proficiency in video and OR1 room management.
Onboarding and Project Management:
The Client Success Optimization Manager will:
- Oversee and execute post-installation implementation protocols while providing documented feedback to enhance each customer's success journey.
- Consult with customers to define project success visions post-installation.
- Ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for customers, characterized by exemplary communication.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Operating Room Sales or Service roles.
- A Bachelor's degree demonstrating technical aptitude or equivalent experience in operating room or technical AV roles.
- Outstanding personal leadership and a demonstrated pattern of intellectual curiosity.
- Creativity in developing new approaches to enhance customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A willingness to travel extensively as required.
