Senior Business Optimization Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Optimization Analyst to join our team at Prodege LLC. As a pivotal senior-level individual contributor, you will leverage advanced data analytics to drive strategic decisions and enhance business performance across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product departments.
Key responsibilities include designing and analyzing A/B tests to refine revenue-optimizing strategies, maintaining performance metrics, and providing senior management with insights on optimization impacts. The role demands continuous improvement of data quality and analytics processes, ensuring the company stays ahead of market trends and maintains a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize revenue and pricing models, conversion rates, user engagement, and overall business efficiency.
- Design, manage, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate and refine pricing strategies, promotional offers, and user experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, data analytics teams, and other departments to improve revenue, pricing, cost reduction, and user engagement.
- Provide data and analytics support, train stakeholders on reporting services, and lead the analysis process to address key business questions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Five or more (5+) years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, data scientist, or related role.
- Expertise in analyzing data across multiple sources and developing compelling insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently extract and analyze data from various databases to support decision-making and project performance.
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience designing and implementing A/B tests.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented.
