Job Description

The Chief Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a superior customer service experience at our institution. This role involves overseeing customer service teams, establishing performance metrics, and researching customer needs through surveys and questionnaires.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Policy Development: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure a quality customer service experience
  • Team Management: Oversee customer service teams and provide guidance on customer service standards
  • Performance Metrics: Establish performance metrics to measure customer satisfaction
  • Customer Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Training and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Technology Updates: Identify and recommend updates to technology and equipment to improve customer service
  • Executive Collaboration: Work with executives to establish customer service standards and objectives


Requirements


  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • A master's degree and relevant experience are preferred
