Job Summary

The Engineering Apprentice is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all required work and by attaining the utmost in customer satisfaction.

This role involves working independently and with a team to complete preventative maintenance, service, and repair on Data Center critical facility infrastructure equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license, at least one year of experience supporting mission critical environments, and hands-on electrical or mechanical skills.

Responsibilities include providing 24/7 on-call emergency response, monitoring and maintaining building and mission critical facilities equipment, and performing daily/weekly/monthly walk-throughs of customer facilities.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing tests and rounds, analyzing data to ensure proper functioning and operating parameters of equipment, and assisting with the preparation of MOPs.

Additionally, the candidate will provide technical expertise and assistance, operate site facility equipment and systems without error, and provide suggestions for continuous improvements in process improvement and cost reduction savings.
