Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International, LLC. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, and other sales techniques
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Participate in sales training and development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
- Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field is preferred
- Annual salary with uncapped commission
