Activity Coordinator Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking an Activity Coordinator to assist in the creation, planning, and implementation of the Connections program, which provides daily activities for our residents. The successful candidate will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, physical, mental, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering resident information into multiple systems
  • Attending care plan meetings with families and residents
  • Collecting resident profiles
  • Assisting in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in healthcare or service-related setting (preferred)
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver's license
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
