Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Lung Innovations Network. As a key member of our medical office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient access to our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient scheduling, record maintenance, and order facilitation to ensure timely and efficient delivery of care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with medical office personnel to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, phone answering, and test result retrieval, to support the smooth operation of our medical office.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills required.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position, requiring 2-3 days of work per week, with occasional travel to State College, Phillipsburg, and Huntingdon.

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour
