Your Role:

As a Clinical Laboratory Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct laboratory tests and deliver timely results to support patient care.
  • Utilize your expertise to perform all approved laboratory procedures in your areas of licensure.
  • Exercise independent judgment in assessing the acceptability of test results.
  • Document corrective actions when quality control measures are not met.
  • Adhere to established laboratory compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while practicing infection control.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold current registration as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist by ASCP.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  • Have experience in a hospital laboratory setting, preferred.
