Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to Team Members on HR-related policies and procedures.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR-related tasks, including processing employee job changes, hires/terminations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address HR-related issues and concerns.
Requirements and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 or more years of HR experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
