Account Service Coordinator

The Account Service Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients, providers, and partner companies. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our benefits consulting team, ensuring seamless service to our book of business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to clients and broker partners, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Service Group Benefits accounts in accordance with agency systems, procedures, and insurance company regulations.
- Respond to customer and insurance company requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to oversee, facilitate, and execute implementation documents.
- Develop and review SPDs and agreements/contracts for accuracy.
- Manage electronic filing, file setup, and file maintenance in CRM and electronic file structure.
- Assist other positions as needed, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to agency E&O procedures and guidelines.
- Perform other projects or duties assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' experience in a consulting, brokerage, or insurance company environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe
- PA Life, Accident & Health Insurance license (or able to acquire within 90 days)
- Self-Funded experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a high level of customer focus, motivation, and follow-through
- Ability to work on-site every day in the Paoli, PA area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent prioritization, project management, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Works well autonomously or as part of a team
- Resourceful and inquisitive
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for annual Bonus
