Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of group benefits accounts, including servicing, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams through effective communication, including written and verbal correspondence.
  • Project Management: Oversee and facilitate the implementation of benefits programs, including developing and reviewing documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Adobe and CRM systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a consulting, brokerage, or insurance company environment.
  • Licenses and Certifications: PA Life, Accident & Health Insurance license (or ability to acquire within 90 days).
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-Funded Experience: Previous experience in self-funded benefits administration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the insurance industry and benefits administration processes.
