Key Responsibilities- Customer Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Scheduling
- Schedule service technicians for customer service requests, emergency service, and routine inspections.
- Ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Service Coordination
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure that all necessary information is provided to complete service requests.
- Monitor and track service work orders to ensure accurate account information.
- Administrative Tasks
- Enter and track service work orders, technician's time to complete work, and follow-up on open work orders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service experience or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications or ability to learn.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Experience with Sedona, NetSuite, or any other CRM or ERP tools.
The Service Coordinator position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure.
