Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interaction.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Scheduling
    • Schedule service technicians for customer service requests, emergency service, and routine inspections.
    • Ensure that all service requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Service Coordination
    • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure that all necessary information is provided to complete service requests.
    • Monitor and track service work orders to ensure accurate account information.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Enter and track service work orders, technician's time to complete work, and follow-up on open work orders.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • One year of customer service experience or equivalent.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications or ability to learn.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong organizational skills and outstanding communication skills.
    • Ability to work within a team environment.
    • Experience with Sedona, NetSuite, or any other CRM or ERP tools.
Work Environment

The Service Coordinator position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure.
