Job Description

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced hospitality professional who can provide exceptional guest service in a global setting. The International Guest Services Associate will be responsible for delivering premium levels of service to guests, handling their requests, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will be responsible for providing translations of written company documents, assisting international guests with verbal transactions, and attending social functions as directed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a front office operation or hospitality environment, and possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. They will be able to work varied shifts, including night shifts, and be physically able to participate in emergency lifesaving procedures and drills.
