Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Performance & Culture Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support for various People & Culture initiatives. This role will assist the VP of Global Employee Experience with calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The following responsibilities outline the core functions of this role, which may evolve as the business grows:

  • Performance and Culture Administration:
    • Manage administrative components of the reward and recognition program.
    • Organize and maintain data for employee experience initiatives, including new hire surveys and feedback programs.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders for external employment awards, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with deadlines.
    • Maintain the content calendar for internal and external communication channels, ensuring professional branding.
    • Support the internal internship program through coordination and logistics.
  • Executive Support:
    • Assist with scheduling and managing the VP's calendar, including meetings and events.
    • Facilitate follow-up meetings and provide summaries to participants.
    • Coordinate travel logistics and manage expense reports.
    • Conduct research on relevant topics and produce summaries for management.
    • Draft communications for internal and external purposes.
Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles.

This position is part-time and does not include benefits.
