Supportive Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Supportive Services Coordinator to join our team at Archway Communities. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering a range of community-informed services that facilitate housing stabilization and promote residents' financial, social, and health-related needs.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with residents regularly to provide outreach and engagement, strengths-based support, and service coordination designed to assist residents in maintaining stable housing.
- Collaborate with residents, colleagues, and partners to create person-centered plans to address short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide on-site service coordination, including independent living skills, housing stabilization, money management, community integration, employment, benefits establishment, referrals to providers for substance use and support, primary and mental health care, and all other services needed to assist residents in reaching their treatment plans and wellness goals.
- Conduct crisis and risk assessments, support with crisis intervention services, and work cross-functionally with other Archway teams to present a unified and consistent response to crisis situations.
- Follow Fair Housing laws and work with on-site teams to execute adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Use evidence-based and trauma-informed practices in service delivery, such as Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction.
- Bachelor's degree in a social services-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in direct service coordination in a human services field, mental health care environment, and/or case management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of independence and minimal in-person supervision.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive a 15-passenger van.
- Competitive hourly rate of $28.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill sets.
- Health and Dental insurance with the company paying 80% of the premium.
