Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customization Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our stores and ecommerce customers, ensuring seamless execution of our customization programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all digitizing requests, design proofs, production orders, and product requests through accurate communication and efficient processes.
  • Partner with production, inventory control, loss prevention, and customer care teams to plan and execute accurate communication and follow-through within all procedures.
  • Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with production floor managers, supervisors, and producers to ensure smooth execution of customization programs.
  • Provide ecommerce support for customer inquiries, design questions/issues, order questions/issues, and other site-related questions through email, messenger, chat, and phone communication.
  • Become an expert in the usage of ecommerce admin functions on the customization sites to ensure accurate, efficient, and effective levels of support.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in business or related field and one-year relevant experience; or two-year degree in related field and two years of relevant experience; or three years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally in a clear, audible, and grammatically correct manner.
  • Strong understanding of retail store operations, customization programs, and sales techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in design composition and concepts.
  • Proven operational knowledge of custom equipment and affiliated software programs.
  • Knowledge in use of Shopify back-office systems and associated programs.
  • Ability to operate a computer and utilize business software programs.
