Theatre Operations Assistant Manager

At Harkins Theatres, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Operations Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior and General Managers with the overall operations of the theatre, including supervising team members and team leaders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all guests receive the best movie-going experience, while also adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee guest services to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory and deliveries, including inspecting all delivery contents for errors or damages
  • Uphold the company's standards for film presentation, including following projection operating procedures and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Supervise team members and team leaders, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of management experience, preferably in a movie theatre environment
  • Excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to lift up to 50-pound boxes/items from the floor/shelf
  • Good written and verbal English language skills, with bilingual Spanish a plus
