Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our team at TechnoGen. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and updating Jira on a daily basis, generating Jira reports at the Epic level, and hosting agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and update Jira on a daily basis (user story and task level)
  • Generate Jira reports at the Epic level
  • Host agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and planning sessions
  • Stay informed of team progress and ensure leadership is updated
  • Remove and escalate impediments and blockers
  • Comfortable with basic data and analytics work, including statistics and predictive modeling

Requirements:

  • Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of data and analytics concepts
