Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to networking, Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Security
  • Install, configure, and maintain client networks, including setting up access points, firewalls, and switches
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and on-site visits as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a managed services environment
  • Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Security
  • Experience with firewall troubleshooting and network setup
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
