Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Menlo Park. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support to our employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Windows systems, cloud services, and other IT infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of Windows systems, cloud services, and network infrastructure

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
