Business Support Specialist

Role Overview

As a Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Retirement Services leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs administrative and general office duties.
  • Produces a variety of correspondence, reports and presentations using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics and spreadsheets.
  • Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.
  • Routes or answers routine inquiries.
  • Gathers and summarizes data.

Requirements

  • Service-related skill set with ability to maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrates acquired knowledge and skills to resolve or recommend solutions for a wide range of tasks or issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and require limited supervision.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated computer skills with the ability to navigate and toggle between multiple programs and internal resources simultaneously to perform daily functions.
