Job Title: Senior Sales Director

Job Summary:

iKrusher is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Key Accounts team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Evaluate individual performances and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual profits.
  • Identify hiring needs and select, mentor, and train new staff/salespeople.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager or similar senior sales role – minimum of 5-7 years of Sales.
  • Management experience.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed and visit Key Accounts.
  • Occasional seven-day work week.
  • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing.
