Job Title: Key Accounts Sales Manager

Job Summary:

iKrusher is seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Sales Manager to lead and direct our sales team in achieving business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role, with a minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive business decisions and improve sales outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with total on-target earnings ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 annually.
