Job Summary

Pride Mobility is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Stealth division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic business plans to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals, clinicians, and business owners
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage and analyze sales data, including sales reports, customer feedback, and market research
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Travel extensively to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 2-3 weeks per month
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
  • Certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field
