Customer Support Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team at IT Stuntman, LLC. As a key member of our service desk, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing responsive and friendly support via phone, email, or in-person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Remotely access endpoints to resolve issues.
- Work with end-users to identify and resolve problems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems.
