Job Overview:

  • Responsibilities include providing clerical and data entry support for various office systems, as well as performing word processing tasks.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, prepare purchase orders, and process requests for office supplies.
  • Sort and deliver mail/packages, and prepare items for shipping. Additionally, copy documents for small-scale projects and conduct routine maintenance on mail and copy room equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics for office events and assist with office relocations, including moving furniture and packing files.
  • This position requires an Administrative Assistant with professional-level expertise, typically acquired through education and relevant work experience (2 to 5 years).
  • Independent work with general supervision is expected. The role may involve addressing complex problems that are challenging but not overly intricate.
