Position: Bilingual Recruitment Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential candidates to fulfill the staffing requirements of AVANT's clients
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and perform necessary background verifications
  • Ensure precise and prompt data entry into relevant systems
  • Support the job assignment and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Facilitate orientations and follow-up sessions to monitor job performance
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to attract new business and nurture client relationships
  • Remain informed about current employment regulations
